Once the purchase order has been confirmed, the purchase item(s) will be processed, packed and shipped out and as such, it will not be possible to cancel your purchase order. In the event that you opt to cancel the order after delivery, you agree that the associated delivery charges will be deducted from your payment before making any refund by us.

    Once your order has been dispatched, shipping confirmation email will be sent. Please keep this email as a reference as it will also include your purchase order, tracking number, carrier and instructions on how to track your package.
  3. Delivery
    Orders are shipped via S.F. Express, depending on the shipping address. Please ensure all information is correct when providing your shipping information during checkout. We may be required to contact you if there is any incorrect and/or missing information, which may cause delays in shipping your order. Delays may also occur due to pending payment verifications or customs clearance.

Orders with express shipping will be processed within one business day. Orders are shipped daily Monday–Friday not including public holiday. Orders placed before the shipping deadline of Hong Kong time 3:00pm will ship the same business day. Otherwise will be processed the next business day. Exchange Rate: If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Hong Kong Dollars, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

    When registering for a 2nd Mart (2ND) account, you will be given the option to “opt-in” to receiving our promotional and direct marketing materials and/or updates through the 2ND MART newsletter and the 2ND’s ‘new in’ and promotional emails. If you would prefer to “opt-out” from these e-mails, you can do so at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of this Privacy Policy.

We will also be using your personal data for our direct marketing. Please refer to Clause 6 above for further information regarding the relevant purposes of use of personal data for our direct marketing and the classes of marketing subjects concerned.
